Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@serathome.com or call us on +201117917100. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as resized or changed color frames as well as customized storage boxes.

Exchanges 
Exchanges could be done within 14 days of receiving the order, with a 55 EGP delivery fees. (Delivery rates depends on location, check shipping policy)

Refunds 
If you are not happy with your order you have all the right to return it back and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method with a deduction of shipping fees 55 EGP inside Cairo. (Delivery rates depends on location, check shipping policy)

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you have paid cash on delivery then you'll receive your refund with the courier.
